Hi everyone,
I have to design a probe for in situ hybridisation, but the coding sequence for my gene is very short (~200bp). I've been told I can design a primer for the UTRs to get a bigger product, but I don't know where it starts..
I was wondering if someone could help me? Should I use a polyT primer to anneal to the polyA tail?
Thank you in advance! :)
