Hi, all,

I need to transfect a plasmid into mouse liver and see the expression.  Which type of liposome I should use?  Is there any commercial product available?

Thanks in advance!

Yes there is a commercial product available - TransIT In Vivo Delivery System distributed by Panvera Corp.  It works well with great expression levels in the liver.

Thank you for your information.

I got the detailed information about the kit.  However, there is two doubts.  One is the volumn injected (2.2ml for 10ug DNA. Is is too much for a normal mouse, say 20-30g?  The other one is the strain of the mouse.  Does it work better in some strains than others.  How about SCID?

Thank you and looking forward to further information.
