Hello everyone! I met a strange problem. In my northern blotting result, on the X-ray film, there are a bright band of each lane(sense membrane), while, in the same size, dark band of each lane appear in my anti-sense membrane in desired size. That is, dark bands in anti-sense membrane are bright bands in sense membrane. I don't know why? How to explain this appearance. What are the reasons?
