T cell receptor and Immunoglobin gene will be recombined during the T/B cell maturation.
Question is how can I get the recombined sequence of Tcr of Ig gene that has been validated,e.g MOG(2D2) Tcra,OVA(DO11.10)

As the title.
T cell receptor and Immunoglobin gene will be recombined during the T/B cell maturation.
Question is how can I get the recombined sequence of Tcr of Ig gene that has been validated,e.g MOG(2D2) Tcra,OVA(DO11.10)
