Hi everyone
I plan to use quick ligation kit of NEB for ligation.
Then i intend to purify the DNA by ethanol precipitation and perform nick translation with Dna polymerase I or restriction wih MmeI.
From my experience, PEG 6000 is not removed completely by ethanol precipitation.
The question is if remnants of Per may interfere with downstream reactions like nick translation or digestion with restriction enzymes
Thanks
Michael
