Hi all, I started my culture(my stock culture) 2 days ago, and yesterday i saw some cells which are fibroblastic like, elongated cytoplasm. I've seeded 4x10^5 viable cells in T25 flask. May be it is too low. May I know how to solve it in this case?
Can I just subculture the cells(only 30% confluent) and put it in a 6 well plate instead?
