You can use the kit by Omega Bio-tek, Inc. called the EZNA Fungal DNA Extraction miniprep Kit (I think?) for extraction of genomic DNA form fungi. I do not have their web address, but you can go to their website to get more information. This is a less known but superb kit that I have stumbled upon and I can get DNA within an hour using their kit.
