Dear Friends,

I am working with intestinal bacteria. Wanted to study signaling induced by a particular bacteria and its components in intestinal cells. Can anyone direct me to some protocols for culturing human intestinal cells?

Thank you in advance for your precious time and reply....

Regards

Hello,
If you are new in cell culture (animal), this protocol may be a helpful one.

Intestinal cells (epithelial) are mostly adherent type and can be cultured in RPMI1640 medium.

More in attachment.
