Hi

I work with c2c12 cells and I was wondering does anybody have any recomendations as to what is the best creatine kinase reaction kit. Your help would be much appreciated as currently im using catachem but im not entirely happy with its reproducibility.

I am currently using a kit from Teco Diagnostics for total CK and CK-MB.  Both work fine and are for use with a spectrophotometer.

I have used one from http://www.pointescientific.com that works well. Even worked well when I shrunk it down to use in a microplate.
