Has anyone else noticed the M13 sequencing primers supplied in the Invitrogen cloning kits are mislabeled regarding which is the forward and which is the reverse primer?
It's not a real problem if you can map out the restriction sites in your sequences. But still it's easy to get confused, especially when checking whether inserts went in forward or backward.
I'm not crazy, right? This has happened to other people?
