HI I am looking for a method to find good primer for my mice.

I am using the Strains SJL/J and SWR/J. Both have a specific H2 Haplotype. SJL(has s2) and the SWR (has q2)

I want to make some PCRs to genotype them but don't know how to find good specific primers.

Can anybody help me out.
