well, this is my first question here...

i have a little problem,
whenever i seed Hela cells on poly-d-lysine coated cover glasses, they dont sit well, compering to the plate.
i dont have this problem with HEK293.
any advise?

HeLa don't have very strong attachment, try leaving them for 36-48 hours.  You could try another coating- gelatine works well usually.
