I think you are more likely to get a better or quicker answer if you ask this in the General Lab Techniques forum or the Molecular Biology subforum or maybe even better: Molecular Biology Products subforum, there you can ask direct questions about products, more "experts" there to tell you about the product.
If you don't know it, then ask it! Better to ask and look foolish to some then not ask and stay stupid.

Most people generate their own probes by PCR. Roche sells DIG labeling kits for this.

On their website, there is a utility that allows you to search for a particular FISH probe by entering your specifications. If you click on this linkCloneCentral Human Back Clone Locator, it will take you right to the search page. You can choose a custom or catalog labeled probe and choose from a selection of dyes.
