Hi,

I want to check for teh mythlation status of my gene in a panel of cell lines that show no expression of my gene of interest. I have never done this and all help would be appreciated.

1) I check for methylation by first  treating with 5 azacytidine
2) to confirm by bisulphite treatment and MSP PCR.

Does anyone have teh protocol for  5 azacytidine treatment, I have no experience on this.  Also, where can I purchase this?
