Hi!Can Dna work as a quencher? I'm doing pcr and more Dna my pcr sample contain, less fluoroscence I get...shouldn't be in the other wayMaria

yes it can.....try using les....for a 25 ul reaction i use 25-75 ng of template....what do use? let me know if i can help any more
