hi every one, i want to isolate chromatin from human blood.. mainly from peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs) can anyone suggest any protocol........ i have the resources to separate PBMC from whole blood, but can anyone plz suggest how to proceed after separating the cells...... any references......
