Does anyone here knows a good retroviral vector (moloney based) with luciferase as reporter?

Have you tried "Add gene?" Do a plasmid search on http://www.addgene.org for luciferase and retroviral. A few plasmids match your request. You can see if any of them meet your specific needs.
