Hey there!
has anyone done or heard of the co transfection with PKJ-neo for  a stable transfection?? this method was first described by Evans et al in 1993.
i keep finding articles that cite this paper and use the method itself, but not the original paper describing the method or why to use  it , or describing this PKJ-neo plasmid! i also cant find a map of it anywhere!  :)
do i have to use it if i already have a plasmid with a neomycin/ g418 resistance in it , cloned with my gene of interest.
this is getting really confusing!
thanks for the help in advance!
