Hi all,
Has anyone tried to transfect (siRNA) in AML-193 cell line? Please provide me with a protocol  :(

I havn't transfected these cells. But just go ahead with transfecting usign some agents like lipofectamine or fugene and have a gfp control to check efficiency.
