Dear All
Has any one probed blotted PVDF membranes with primary or secondary antibodies at 37oC instaed of room temperature to reduce incubation time to 30 minutes instaed of 1 hr?

weused to incubate at 37 for three hours (instead of overnight) based on a protocol that was used by another lab.

we found that we could use one hour at room temperature and get similar results.

the best way to know for sure is to try it both ways and compare your results.
