HI, i would like to ask about is it feasible to mix 2 tubes of pcr product (different mgcl2 concentration) for purification from gel and then for sequencing?
the products have the same size (same position).

Yeah........Gebirgsziege has a point.....its got to be teh same product from the same gene and organism.........from yr post I took it for granted that the only difference between the 2 tubes if magnesium ion concentration.
