could you please tell me how to prepare Dulbecco's PBS (Ca++, Mg++ free) ?? i need a recipe for preparing 1X solution in 1 Litre. Best regards.

I buy 1xPBS from PAA. it's cheaper than SIGMA I guess.

Be carefully to note the water of crystallization of the dibasic sodium phosphate you use. If the anhydrous salt you will need only 1.14 g.
There are alternative recipes. These usually differ slightly n the concentration of phosphate.
