Hi everybody,
I'm going crazy trying to shear the DNA of my Saos2 and MCF-7 with a Misonix 4000 sonicator with a microplate cup horn.
Any suggestion?

What is your propblem? unable to shear DNA? what conditions are you using. Without any of these info, it is hard to troubleshoot.

there is a girl also doing DNA shearing with sonication. maybe you can have a communication.
