Can anybody tell me that for Tartrazine food yellow, for analysis of
1. Subsidiary dyes
2. Organic compounds other than colouring matter
3. Unsulphonated aromatic amines
which methods can be used??

If you are trying to access purity, would suggest starting with reversed-phase HPLC with diode-array detection.
