Hi!
I am starting to grow a new cell line, THP-1. However, I am not sure of the growth conditions. I know that they need RPMI-1640 and 10% FBS. Could anyone tell me, if they need glutamine, pyruvate, glucose (4.5 or 1.5 g/L ?) or any other supplements?
