Hey
Cut the band out, put it in a dialysis tube with a cut off less than the size of yr protein and fill with buffer, put it in a tank and apply voltage. The protein will move out of the gel but stay inside the dilysis tubing, take it out, concentrate and use.

or you could mash the gel and wash out the protein with buffer (and a centrifuge, and you could use a centrifugal filter instead of pelleting and decanting) then concentrate.
