Hi everyone!
I need to isolate bovine macrophages and dendritic cells to produce APC cell lines of certain genotype. I have some protocols that might work for the differentiation of these cells from monocytes, but I wonder if someone has experience with immortalization of macrophages or DC. Any help or suggestion will be very wellcome!
