Hi,

I'm working with Salmonella Typhimurium. Recently, I transduced my strain with the P22 phage.
In order to use this transduced strain in further experiments, it needs to be P22 sensitive.

When I test this P22 sensitivity using an overnight culture of the transduced strain, I see no plaque (en htus nog P22 sensitivity).
The plaque is only seen when I use a 5h culture.

Can I conclude that my strain is P22 sensitive following the results obtained with an 5h culture? Or must I conclude that the strain is not sensitive because no plaque is seen using an overnight culture?

Thank you!
