Hi!All

Now we have a phage display libray ,and the E.coli host strain is ER2537,not the ER2738 according to the manuel.Since the F-factor is particularly critical for M13 propagation,we are eager to know which kind of media is selective for presence of F-factor in ER3537.The F-factor of ER 2738 contains a mini-transposon which confers tetracycline resistance, but is it also the same case in ER2537?
Or is there some other character in the F-factor of ER2537?
