Can u tell me how to grow lymphocytes in culture .
As i need id for G-band staining...........Please..........its Urgent

For lymphocyte culture try a polystyrene TC flask (Falcon makes them & sells thru fisher) with RPMI medium enriched with FBS or HSA, at a cell density not to exceed 500000 cells/ml.  In static culture these should last at least 24-30 hours.
