hi

I know that Qiagen supplies RT-PCR kits for rotorgene 6000, but their kit is for 400 reaction and is very expensive.

sigma, promega and Fermentas also have some kits but they don't say if the kits are specific for rotorgene or not.

where can i buy this kit?

As I understand it (no experience) the Rotorgene machine's capillaries require slightly higher magnesium concentration due to absorbtion onto the glass walls. You could use any standard PCR mix and increase the Mg++ salt concentration slightly to solve this problem.

You're right, I was confusing it with the Lightcycler.
