lysing cells in LSB

hey guys,

have you ever tried lysing cells directly in LSB?
have you had luck with it?
just curious.

Hi. Yup, but need to sonicate to minimize viscosity due to nuclear content.

I wondered if lysing them in 1x LSB or 5X LSB makes a huge difference.
I'm really trying to preserve phospho-ERK in my samples and I wondered if I should use RIPA or stay with LSB but a phosphatase inhibitor.
