can beta-catenin be used as a house keeping protein?

i ran out of actin and my new shipment has not arrived as yet...

just wondering if beta-catenin can be my housekeeping protein for a western blot (protein lysate from 3t3-l1 cells). i know i

any response would be awesome...

beta-cantinin is regulated by many stimulation. you can try tubulin or GAPDH if you have

If this protein will not be modified after your experiments, then yes.

if this protien levels are changed due to your treatment, then might be use another gene.
