Hi Guys,

I have a Taq amplified PCR product with a 3' label (Hex). I am trying to do TOPO cloing with the TOPO vector in TOP10 cells. Can I do that? or will the label hinder ligation or subsequent transformation?

Send a message to the invitrogen technical support guys. They could suggest something.
