I did multiple tissue Northern blot. I bought it from certain company and they supply beta actin as a probe. However the density of beta-actin was different for each lane especially very strong to both cardiac and skeletal. However in many papers which did northern blot, I noticed that such a thing is very common phenomenon. Can anybody explain about that or better control probe for northern blot? Please help me.
