Hi, I'm doing runs in AKTA system with a Superose 6 column (25ºC). After a couple of normal runs (3-4 hours total) the baseline starts to increase gradually. I mean, only buffer is passing through the column but the mAbsU keep going up!! It looks like a gradient line.... Did anyone have a similar problem?

Thanks

Hello

I think its the variation in the baseline. what I mean to say is that the range is within the baseline, since you don't have a peak so you see slight variations.  If your counts go between say 0 to 50, yr peak would be 2000 and when yr peak comes, the 0-50 variation won't really show up.

Thats what I think.
