Hi everyone,

I'd like to electroporate HL60 cells to bring my plasmid inside. Does anyone have a good reference for the optimal conditions for HL60 electroporation? Or have you ever done this? And what were your conditions? Thanks a lot

Have you tride to gogle it?

I got this and this and others by just putting  in " electroporate HL60" as the search words.
