I was just wondering if the Dicer Knockout cell lines/conditional KO mice were available commercially.. I know its been a while that people have been using them for, I just didn't know if you could get them somewhere!
Thanks,

The easiest way is to find collaborators who are using them
otherwise, you can also ask for generation of a gene trapped Dicer knockout from TIGM, either get the ES cells and make your own mice or have them do it for you, at about $15k, takes more than 1 yr
otherwise, if you want target knockout, there are other companies to make it for you, takes longer and more expensive

The faster/cheaper approach is a Dicer knockdown.
