I have recently had trouble with my RT-PCR, and am, not sure whether the rt or the PCR steps are failing. Is there any way I can check mycDNA's after the RT step to evaluate whethere the AMV has worked?
[i use an old fashioned two step procedure, not one of these fancy in one tube kits]

Dear friend
there is a way to check your synthesis if you use DIG to label one of the reactions. Then you can develop the filter like a Southern. You can find a full kit in Boehringer company.
