Dear All
I would greatly appreciate if you provide me with procedures and tips (recepies, buffers..) for detecting protein oligomers by native PAGE followed by western blotting since I have no experience with native PAGE.

Look up some native page protocols.

you should also search through the forum archives. there are several formulations for various types of native page available there.
