Question aboutbouy primary lymphocyte transfection?

I have to transfect the DNA into the primary thymocytes, just
isolated from mouse thymus.
I don't want to use ritrovirus system because I want to keep the thymocytes in naive type, no cell division.
Please give me some advises about which transfection system
I could use in this situation.

think about RNA transfection!
