This year I've done BSc from biotechnology and now I'm applying for Master studies in Bioinformatics. I'm interested in protein structure prediction, biology in general and a little physics.
Nice to be here.
Cheers!

Who are you? The internet alias is Xeera.
What do you do? After completing half a Primary School teaching degree I realised I hated it, then a personal crisis arose and I had an excuse to rethink my life. I'm now waiting to see if I've been accepted into a Bachelor of Science where I shall major in biology and hopefully follow the path down/up to a career in independent research. So, I'm a student.
Where are you from? Australia.
What are your hobbies? Photography... that's about it, though I'm getting into video games a little bit.
This forum seems fantastic, I just wish I had more knowledge to be able to participate and/or understand more of what is being talked about.

I am AlphaOmegon, call me Alph. I have just started a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, with the intention of specialising in either Ecology or Genetics (quite different, but I have a wide range of interests)
I'm here to learn from other scientists, get other (and some not-so) educated opinions, and to possibly give my own opinion to a few topics brought up.
Laters.
