Hi all,

I'm going to use qRT-PCR and would llike to know if somebody uses the "REST2008" software to analysis qRT-PCR issues and what reliability is it?
Instead, what would you recommend as a good soft for the qRTPCR analysis?

Thanks in advance for your replies

Never used or heard of it. The ABI program by which we run qPCR is pretty good for data and result analysis.

Thanks for your reply.
Indeed, REST2008 is a free program preconized by its developper to be used in qRT-PCR result analysis.
While google searching on qRTPCR, I found this soft but don't know how reliable is it.
