Here is a wikipeda list and comparison, all what you need...
SumatraPdf is also not bad, and an alternative to Foxit

...except casandra's that belong to the funniest, most interesting and imaginative (or over-imaginative?) ones, I suppose.

What about Linux? Evince is good but I noticed that graphics are low quality while comparing it with windows pdf viewers... :/

I like Foxit ... it's free and small software

I always put into my flash drive .... for portable version you can D/L here

I also use Foxit. it is more light and fast (and it doesnt disturb so much with update notifications every day)
