Not many people talking about ELISPOT here... and this is the only post regarding ELISPOT.
I am doing some ELISPOT assay currently. Normally I would compare between the samples using 'spots number'.
However, the size of the spots matters as well.
One has less spots (but spots size is large) doesn't mean the response is less intense. And one has more spots (but very fine spots) doesn't mean it is more superior.
May I know how you normally do the comparison in your assay?
Anyone has any tricks or tips to share?
