Hi all,
Has anyone cultured SV40 or BKV before? Do they produce CPE, and if so, what does it look like? I'll be trying to grow these myself shortly, and was planning to use A549 and Cos1 cell lines in FCS enchanced OptiMEM media. I'm hoping it works, but if anyone has comments on my plan of growth, that would be greatly appreciated.
