Dear all,

Does anyone have already use Phos-tag technology to analyse phophorylated proteins? I'm looking for kits to separate this proteins from a crude extract and I'm wondering if any of you are familiarized with this

Thanks in advance

I have not used such kits but I've heard about phospho-enrichment IMAC columns.I thought they are used to separate phosphopeptides. Anyways when i was looking for some of these kits, i found one with pierce, if it could help.-
