I have a question. What's in the "flow cytometry dilution buffer" that needs to be used along with PhiPhiLux Substrates? Could I use standard "flow cytometry staining buffer"??

That's for washing the cells, though I don't quite understand what you meant by flow cy staining buffer
You might probably substitute it with PBS, and it used to work for me, though I haven't done it for ages
It comes with the kit and why not just use it?
