maybe anyone of you have recommendations for quantification of proteincontent in urine. are there any substances which interfere with BCA protein quantification?

Urea which is a byproduct might interfere with the BCA assay all depends of the concentration

Urea will definitely interfere with BCA. There are kits available to estimate proteins with such interfering agents. you can do it with 2D quant kit or CBX assay kit.
