We extracted total RNA from mouse liver and spleen.The OD260/OD280 of the RNA is 2.0. The electrophoresis result is three bands.But when we use the RNA to conduct PCR without first reverse transcription , we still can obtain a very clear band that is similar to the result of RT-PCR. What's the possible reason? Thank you!
